You will be supported by your consultant in developing your existing strategy or in creating a new strategy where none exists.   Our focus is to support you to develop and implement strategies for organisational change and performance enhancement in line with your equalities objectives.   This can be across the range of areas and includes:

 

  • How to build the business case to gain internal buy in for developing your diversity program.
  • How to measure financial return on your diversity activities
  • Implementing Diversity Key Performance Indicators   into behavioral skills   -  embedding best practice effectively
  • Linking CSR, marketing and recruitment to ensure that your strategy is cohesive and maximizes fully your ability to attract talented people from a range of specific backgrounds.
  • Help you to identify how best to communicate your individual approach.
