Aaron Reid has experience in HR, recruitment and consultancy. He has specific and current experience of community development strategies and targeted employment within minority ethnic communities.
Aaron has provided recruitment solutions to organisations across Private, Public and Voluntary Sectors. He is a board member of the Derby Millennium Network an active member of Birmingham Future's Diversity committee and Debates team. Aaron is also a member of the Recruitment
and Employment Confederation, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Directors.
