Davinder comes to DiverCity with a background in the voluntary sector, having worked for a large disability charity to improve service take up by ethnic minorities. In addition, she undertook workplace assessments, examining workplace adaptations which would enable individuals with disabilities to retain employment.
This work included providing training to the private sector on recruitment and retention of individuals with disabilities. |

Davinder began her career in law, training as a solicitor before moving to the civil service and then the voluntary sector.
