With over 15 years of experience working in the challenging and emotive area of equalities, intercultural awareness and generally helping others to manage the implications of change and demography, Julie has worked with various clients to develop and deliver effective and creative solutions across all sectors.

Adaptable and client focused, Julie's particular strengths are in diagnosing, devising and agreeing bespoke solutions for clients. Her ability to ask the questions that we should ask ourselves and to throw a different light on challenges and opportunities is a quality that helps to protect the future growth of clients.

Constant up to date knowledge is a must in equalities and her experience and knowledge of both traditional and contemporary best practice in equalities helps Julie to predict future opportunities and trends. She is also highly aware of likely difficulties and works hard to prepare firms in advance of the tricky issues that equalities management tends to bring to the fore.

Julie's collaborative approach leads to a more robust set of solutions because an ability to choose the right partners to deliver many of those solutions is core to her methods.

Julie's focus for the year ahead will include procurement and supplier diversity, positioning clients at the forefront of developments. Through one to one contact, or by leading on a new series of DiverCity Clinics, Julie will offer opportunities to share and gain information and to network with partner/community and education organizations to enable compliance and benefit from really excellent practice
