Khembe majored in sociology Manchester University where she set up the Black Students Society
. Her professional background is in sales, employment and education. As a Lecturer and, later Curriculum Manager at the City College. Khembe is also a Trustee of the Black History Foundation and was awarded Female Black Achiever by the BBC in 2003 . |
