Kwabena Osayande

Birmingham Professional DiverCity Board Director

Born in Nottingham, Kwabena Osayand� is a graduate of UCE and University of irmingham, has work experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors and currently works for Regional Development Agency, Advantage West Midlands as the Equality and Diversity Manager actively working around strategic and operational issues of equality and diversity with staff and regional stakeholders. Kwabena also has business interests in property and an organisational development consultancy, 3PD.

Kwabena also volunteers time and expertise to initiatives in the African-Caribbean community such as Nubian Link

in Nottingham and ACYAN (African Caribbean Young Achievers Network based in Birmingham, with past involvement with New Style Radio as a presenter and the 100 Black Men of Birmingham.

He is also a qualified basketball coach with the English Basketball Association and is Head Coach of Aston University's Women's and Men's teams.

Kwabena lives in North Warwickshire with his wife and son. His interests include music, African history and culture and sports.
