A not for profit company, originally set up and funded by the Learning & Skills Council and Advantage West Midlands, we continue to provide consultancy support services to businesses within the sector.   From April 2008 we are extending our services to support a limited number of businesses and organisations from other sectors.

Since inception we have been assisting companies to attract, retain and develop the best people for their organisation, through a variety of methods, which has included undertaking a health-check of existing diversity practices, putting into action improvements and making tangible changes in support of bottom line business benefits and existing organisational priorities.

Our vision is for the businesses that we engage with to set the standard for UK business by creating a workforce which maximises economic potential and individual talent, reflecting at all levels, the multi diversity of customers, clients and the wider community.

We work with employers to support them in developing or enhancing their individual approaches to diversity. We focus on all strands of diversity and good, inclusive people management.

Our approach can be geared towards supporting businesses to provide evidence of their commitment as part of their tendering processes or in gathering evidence from suppliers
